Had my home up For Sale By Owner and of course had many realtors calling me giving me all the reasons of why I needed a realtor. Met Paige because she actually set up a showing to one of her buyers while it was still for sale by owner. She surprisingly wasn't pushy that I should list with her. When I didn't get the traction I needed selling myself I did my research on her as well as other realtors. She had an impressive number of transactions over the past 3 years with most of them in my geographical area. Meeting with her she was receptive to expectations, offered different sales strategies, but was not pushy on strategies that would typically have a greater benefit for the salesperson. The end result with Paige was a cash offer for asking price. This was my first time selling a home and she was also very informative on the process before closing etc. My home happened to be in the same area as hers and I was often not home for days, she even went the extra mile to stop and check on it before showings if I hadn't been there to make sure everything was in order. Definitely would recommend Paige especially if looking to buy or sell in Columbia County.

Paige was very easy to work with. Paige took all my wants and needs and found me a house that was meant for me and my two infants. Paige always responded in a fast and timely manner. Paige is easy to work with, fast and efficient. She was highly responsive to our needs and presented herself as a partner and not strictly sales. I have worked with a lot of Realtors and many of them have a sort of arrogance, condescending manner about them as if they’re doing you a favor. There’s something to it because it’s been the case many times. Listing with Paige was the best decision I made as a home seller. Like many, I first attempted to sell by owner. After a week, I realized there was a reason that there were professionals trained in real estate, and I reached out to Vera Cohen's agency. She referred me to Paige and as soon as we met, I felt like she heard my concerns and understood exactly what I was looking for. She came to our first meeting completely repaired, with all the knowledge and comp info necessary to price and market my condo. We even agreed that I would price it at the top end of my range, just for a week, to see if it got any interest at that price. And even I couldn't believe it when it sold on the second day, after only 2 showings! Also, since I had relocated and left my condo vacant, Paige frequently drove over to check on it and make sure all was well. And she kept in touch with me on a regular basis, by phone and email, and always responded within only a few hours any time I reached out to her, no matter the time of day or day of the week. Paige is the BEST!! My wife and I had been through 3 agent’s over the past 5 years to try to sell this property. I felt I got the run around and none of them wanted to work for me. I even had someone contact me through Facebook who wanted to lease my property for horses. He told me he tried to contact my agent and could never get her to call him back.
